Webinar Replay – Audit Manager Winter 2026 Release

QualityAI was pleased to announce “LUQA”, as well as a number of new features and enhancements, at our Winter Release Webinar in January 2026.

LUQA stands for Last Universal Quality Archetype, and is a unified, purpose-built AI model for manufacturing quality.

It is what makes the difference between AI “hype” and a specifically-engineered AI engine that provides accuracy and repeatability.

Here are some of the other topics we discussed – we always like to provide links to the “highlights” if you only have a few minutes to watch this recording:

06:08
Discussion of the Product Audit Scoring Agent (PASA) – VDA 6.5 example

06:44
Discussion of System Audit Compliance Agent (SACA) – an AI-powered “co-auditor” for IATF 16949 system audits

11:45 Technical overview of LUQA (Last Universal Quality Archetype) – showing how we deliver accuracy and consistency without sharing confidential company information … or hallucinations

33:52
Drill-down into how the AI is able to bring relevant information and action items to a specific finding, such as reformulation, applicable standards, short-term remediation, root cause analysis, final recommended wording for audit report, and much more (see full bulleted list below)

In this forward-looking presentation, István Haraszti, Head of Quality at thyssenkrupp Springs and Stabilizers Hungary, shares a detailed case study of how their Debrecen plant transformed its quality auditing process using QualityAI’s AI-powered solution.

The change resulted in:

  • A 25–40% time reduction in scheduling
  • A 30% improvement in lead time for corrective actions
  • A shift from reactive to predictive quality management
  • An internal cultural shift, integrating AI as a “digital colleague”

The initiative validates AI as a value-creating, proactive quality enhancement – improving compliance, enabling earlier error detection, and fostering cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Webinar Replay – Audit Manager Summer 2025 Release

QualityAI proudly rolled out significant AI enhancements to its flagship mobile quality auditing solution called Audit Manager.

From the day it was conceived as the first AI-centric/AI-native digital quality auditing tool, the focus has been on AI and using it to help unlock your audit data. With this release, we took a large leap forward in doing just that.

If you don’t have time to watch more than a few minutes, here’s our suggestion for the time stamps to focus on:

12:22 – AI analysis of a complicated document, suggesting relevant questions for an audit (about 1 minute)

14:16 – the seven-page document that was used to generate the AI analysis above (about 30 seconds)

23:05 – near-instant AI analysis of the audit performed live on a mobile device (that audit starts at 18:23) (this analysis takes about 1 minute and 30 seconds.)

26:06 – AI analysis of a drawing begins, in order to recommend dimensions and tolerances to be measured during a product audit (about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.)

If you have a little more time to spend, here’s a detailed breakdown of the webinar.

Our AI-driven scheduling module was already regarded by many as “best in class.” We show how we’ve extended that by allowing for essentially unlimited scheduling options, including some of the most complicated like the DuPont and 2-2-2 patterns.

Next we go over our full, standard tutorials for any part of the solution, which we feel should be a non-negotiable in the quality auditing tool market.

In addition, there’s also an “Ask for help” button which can walk you through exactly how to do anything that you are trying to achieve using Audit Manager, tailored to your exact situation and use case.

After that, we show how the AI button (“AI Chat with your data”) can be used in the Requirements, Templates, and Audit Program areas of Audit Manager.

A complex technical document is shown next, which is analyzed by the AI engine shortly thereafter.

An audit is setup on desktop, and then switched to a mobile device to actually perform the audit.  After that, the AI engine analyzes the audit that was performed, in real time, including a score.

Next, a drawing is uploaded and is analyzed by AI to help with a process audit.

A brief discussion of our extensible Robotic Process Agents (“RPAs”) takes place after that, and finally the webinar closes with a question and answer session.
